A database Instead of keeping your customers, orders and money notes in simple files, your employee saves them in a real database — so it can search thousands of records and build order pages that actually save what people type. AfricanOps never receives these keys. They stay on your own server and are deliberately left out of our backups. Type c in your workspace to see what is connected.

Your files and records

Everything in your workspace is yours — notes, customer list, money records, the pages your employee builds. Type takeout anytime and your employee packages a copy for you; with hosting connected it goes straight into your own private cloud folder. We also make that copy automatically the moment your credit runs out, so nothing of yours is ever stuck behind a payment.

What AfricanOps runs for you

This is the part your money pays for, and it is ours, not yours: the server your employee lives on, and the AI credit it thinks with. When the credit finishes your employee pauses and your files stay safe — a top-up from ₦1,000 restarts it exactly where it stopped.
